Jung Hoo Lee has brought excitement to the giants i havent seen since Barry Bonds. Went to a nationals game and the park was going crazy everytime he went up. He went 2-3 a double, single, walk. And scored a run. Also had an outfield assist. We lost but its been ingrained in my memory now. Glad we have him

I was working that particular Giants game that June evening. After the 3rd inning, I started thinking The Astros hasn’t gotten a base hit yet. Hmmmm, could I see a no-hitter or maybe A PERFRCT GAME?” Those three awesome outfield catches including the seventh inning catch by Gregor Blanco told me that something big was going to happen, BUT I didn't want to say it for fear I would jinx it. Then I decided to record the final out in the 9th inning with my iPhone. It was a hit to Joaquin Arias playing third base. He took over for Pablo Sandoval. He caught the ground ball, took a few steps back, set himself and he threw the ball to Brandon Belt on first base and help sealed the 22nd PERFECT GAME in MLB History and the first one in the Giants franchise. Up until this video, I never knew that Matt Cain didn't know he threw a perfect game until he was interviewed right after the final out! It was AWESOME seeing Buster Posey run up to Cain to give him the “patented” BUSTER HUG!!! Pure magic that night and I was there to see it all! I'm still working for the SF Giants as of this message and still enjoying it! AWESOME!!

im 29 today... i was in the middle of high school when this happened.. uhmm i watched the end of the game i wasnt really in to baseball yet.. just every now and then i would watch a game.. welp for some reason i was at home scrolling through the cable.. and perhaps i turned this on.. didnt realize how much history this would bring.. ima go watch this and now that i know ima enjoy it.

So again a starting pitcher does great and is out by the 7th inning, the bullpen does the work. It worked tonight but not every night. No wonder the Giants are under 500 at the beginning of the Season.

He was the best shortstop in the history of SF Giants. Dynasty ended when Bochy left. But I am happy to see Bob Melvin to be back in the Giants uniform for the first time in 36 years. Gabe Kapler was too soft. I am satisfied with the young rotation we have right now. Gotta do something about the bullpen though.

It is stuff like this why I quit watching most sports. Even if the dude didn't swing the ball would have hit him. It is such a stupid rule that if you make contact with a ball that is going to hit you it counts as a strike... The fact that the ball was going straight at his arm outside of the batter's box and it hits him regardless of him swinging should mean it's a walk.
